MODALITIES FOR SELF-HEALING - HO’OPONOPONO AND EFT

What are we supposed to do with our emotional baggage?  Carry it around all our lives? You don’t have to. We all have something to unload, and you can easily learn these two modalities for clearing emotional blockages in a couple of hours. Everyone should carry them in their toolbox for life. 

Join Mary, a certified Ho’Oponopono Practitioner, to learn the how’s and why’s of this simple ancient Hawaiian method of healing. EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is a process using a tapping sequence on the meridians. Mary has practiced EFT for over 15 years and will show you how to bring it into your life to assist in alleviating fears and clearing emotional blockages.

Wear comfortable clothing, grab some soothing tea and make yourself at home. We’ll review a little history about each of these energetic modalities, learn the techniques, and do plenty of practicing to ensure that when you leave you can immediately begin to use them to improve your life. 

You need not be a Yogi or a Meditator to participate.
